An is a Vietnamese Romanian dedicated lifelong learning yogini. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 7 years and holds a certification as an Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher from Himalaya Yoga Valley.
Her passion for yoga, stretching and ballet stems from the profound and visible positive changes they bring to the body and life. On the yoga mat, she experiences the alignment and transformative power of yoga, which very often helps us, yogis, navigate life's challenges and hardships. She believes in giving equal attention to the body, mind, and spirit to achieve true balance. Self-care is essential, and she considers yoga practice the best gift we can offer ourselves.
